While attending the International Conference on Women’s Leadership and Women’s Excellence, Sowaba Shehzad was awarded for her outstanding leadership as a female role model for her staff at Siemens Pakistan. In this role, Shehzad was the head of the Siemens home appliances sector. The award was presented to her by Mrs. Nasreen Jalil, Deputy Mayor of Karachi, and Mrs. Khusbakhat Shujat.
